He heads the firm with his strong vision to build a Pan-India network of professionals. A qualified professional himself, he is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an alumni of the illustrious Loyola College, Chennai. He is also a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and an Information Systems Auditor. Having a rich experience of more than two and a half decades, he has explored and excelled in rendering multi-various services covering Audit, Income Tax, Corporate Compliance, Service Tax and VAT.

He has completed the post-qualification course on Indirect Taxes organized by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is an active member at the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore& CODISSIA on matters involving Indirect Tax.


He is the Principal author of the book“Guidance Manual on Audit under the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act” published by The Auditor’s Association of Southern India.

He is also an active public speaker and addresses Chartered Accountants, students and the industrialists. He is well acclaimed for his lively and interactive sessions even on highly technical topics.
