    The Union Budget 2017 will be presented by the Hon’ble Finance Minister Shri. Arun Jaitley on the 1st of February 2017. This is the first budget following the demonetisation. Hence it is expected to bring in a series of amendments aimed to provide a stimulus for an overall economic growth and development.

    The Union Budget 2017 is also expected to lay the road map for the implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Revised Model GST Law and Draft Rules have already been issued by the Government. The existing registrants under VAT/Central Excise/Service Tax have been given an option to migrate to the GSTN Portal.

    In this background, we have planned to have a Seminar on Critical Analysis of “UNION BUDGET 2017 & GST” on 4th of February 2017 (Saturday) from 9:15 AM to 6 PM. 
     
    The Additional Commisioner of Central Excise & Service Tax Shri. N.J.Kumaresh IRS has accepted to be the Chief Guest. Immediate Past President of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shri. D.Nandakumar has accepted to be the Guest of Honour.

    Venue : The Grand Regent, Opp. Hotel Residency, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore.

     

    Fee : Rs.1800/- (incl. Service Tax)

    The program shall have a detailed deliberation on the amendments as proposed in the Finance Bill, 2017 and the related circulars/notifications. The sessions shall cover the amendments made with respect to
